What happens after I send a brief?+
You get a reply within 24 hours with either a scoped quote or two or three clarifying questions. If the fit is clear we book a short systems brief call; if isometric is not the right format for your product, we will tell you that instead of selling you one.
How much does an isometric explainer video cost?+
Fixed by runtime: $750 for 30 seconds, $1,500 for 60 seconds, $2,500 for 90 seconds, including script, storyboard, voiceover, full animation and three revision rounds. Custom and multi-video work is quoted up to $5,000+.
How do payments work for international clients?+
Milestone billing — 50% deposit to start, balance on final delivery. Payment by Wise or Payoneer.
Do you sign NDAs before seeing our documentation?+
Yes, and it is standard for our cybersecurity and fintech clients. Send the NDA with your brief and we will return it signed before any technical material is shared.
